The following states the terms and conditions that every member must sign before commencing a direct debit membership at Trackside Fitness

For a minor /short term injury I am able to freeze free of charge as long as the club is notified before the 18th day of the month. This freeze will not reduce the time of my contract. The time frozen will simply be added on to my original completion date.

The membership will after the commitment period end date unless cancellation notice is given as per the standard terms and conditions..

A period of 1 months notice must be given to cancel a Direct-Debit.

For example, if you want 1st January to be your last payment, you must complete a cancellation form before 1st January.

Missed payments can be paid at Trackside Fitness over the phone or at Reception.

Your monthly payment will be debited by our financial company called “Clubwise” on or around the 1st of each month.

There are only 2 reason that I am able to cancel this direct debt it before the minimum term:

1) If I move house to a new area, from which it is unreasonable to expect me to travel. An official letter is required as proof of new address.

2) If I sustain an injury where I am unable to train for the foreseeable future. A doctors letter is required as proof of injury.
